Dr. TRAVIS CONLEY, D.C., D.A.C.B.S.P., S.F.M.A., A.R.T., N.K.T., C.S.C.S., P.M.T.
Dr. Conley is a board certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner who focuses on movement and positioning as it pertains to athletes, weekend warriors and everyone in between. Dr. Conley carries a wide variety of certifications and designations (see below) that have helped him gain an amazing understanding of human movement, how to identify poor movement, correct it and keep you moving at the highest level possible whether you are a high level athlete or weekend warrior.
Dr. Conley’s philosophy is simple, pain is never a normal event and everyone moved very well as a developing child and at some point in their lives, functional movement and stability were lost. These can be taught and re-learned to assist in a better quality of life, increased performance on the field and a precursor to injury.
To move well is to function and perform well, no matter what age or what level of athlete one may be. How you move is far more important than that you move and learning to control movement is the ultimate goal. Dr.Conley currently provides in facility workshops to educate patients, athletes, gym owners, coaches and everyone in between on injury prevention and rehabilitation The workshops are designed to better understand the difference between mobility and stability, identify where you are deficient and how to restore functional movement patterns and implement these training and functional exercises into the individual’s current training program to enhance their training and minimize the risk of injury and time away from training. Dr. Conley’s experience includes athletes from the NFL, Ironman/Triathlons, Olympians, Crossfit Regional and Games athletes. Dr. Conley utilizes all his techniques and experience’s focusing on fixing movements patterns, whether immobile or unstable, for youths and collegiate athletes, amateur and professional athletes as well as working and stay at home parents.
